The very good news is that Toyota distribution here have been testing the battery in their 8FB25 series (the latest 2.5 ton counterbalance). We have built that pack as a very simple plug and play replacement with lead acid, with a charging port on the side etc .. so it can compete directly with Jungheinrich and linde lithium forklifts...
